Sebago Lake State Park
The Sebago Lake State Park has some of the best scenery in the Maine outdoors. People from all over the United States come to Maine in search of great scenery and peace and quiet. The sandbar located at one end of the lake has also become a huge hotspot in the state park. At lunch time, no matter where anyone is on the lake, they make their way over to the sandbar to keep their boat in the water and also swim in the water and have a bite to eat. The sandbar allows boats to not have to anchor to stay in one spot and also allow for drivers to control their boats just by pushing them, instead of having to run the motors. This is also a great sight if you would like to observe the great scenery. From the sandbar people can see all the way across the lake, making it enjoyable to relax and enjoy a nice meal.
